The wind blows

An ethereal force

Hiding in the shadows

Willowy and mysterious shapes

Bend and spin in and out of sight

Whimsical and frightening

Like a midnight ghost

Upwind an owl watches

As the elusive creatures

Curl and swirl

Before disbelieving eyes
