Bunny

A gently twitching nose

And soft cotton tail

Surrounded by colored eggs

Neck collared gently by velvet bow

And tawny fur sparkling with accidental glitter

Happily munching on lettuce and kale

Long ears draped in purple tinsel

And long legs extended in flight

The bunny escapes its woven basket

Another Easter inspired poem. I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday and may this spring be full of new beginnings and fresh life.
